      Pros

      Some of the staff are great to work with, great work ethics and all round good human beings.

      Cons

      The lab is controlled by a bully and a couple of favourites who use that status to their advantage whuch has created a toxic environment in the lab. A Senior management team who bury their heads in the sand, sweep everything under the carpet and allow bullying and victimisation behaviours to continue.

      Great office and nice environment

      Cons

      Horrible bosses that is afraid that you might over take him one day. Directors does not have power over managers Basically got unlawful terminated for no reason and I went straight to Ministry of Manpower. As you know that the Singapore gov is pro business. In conclusion I won the case and was compensated for unlawful termination. this just shows how flawed their reason for my termination and their HR was

      Pros

      It depdends on business departement and manager but 100% sure that overall company's working culture is work-life balanced and respect each other.

      Cons

      European company provides less income compared to American company i guess. and in perspective of sales, incentive scheme is conservative.
