Hello All, I have worked with Merck Bangalore electronic city for almost 3 years, no real support to people who do real contribution to company. managers do micro management and people who are close to them will get benefits on every aspects. the behaviour of managers is pathetic and they treat people as bounded labour with filthy language people with no option will only stay in this. Never join this company.you will not learn anything except politics.

People who join at the beginner or mid-level stages are frustrated. The company has reduced to half its size after the P&G takeover. The product portfolio has proportionately halved. The businesses are struggling. The seniors are still getting fat packages to warm their chairs while the juniors are trying to keep the businesses alive and being underpaid. It used to be a good company but not anymore. There is minimal learning and a lot of dissatisfaction, with no clear vision and direction from the upper management.
