Payment and benefits are the only thing that is worth as they pay for your silence and this is expensive considering a lot of things you get to discover for unethical procedures with products and manufacturing.

Cons

Unethical issues with pharma products are hidden because of fear and lack of integrity with consumers. Employees are a means to an end, no genuine interest in caring for them. You always feel like walking on a thin layer of ice, in every moment it can get broken and none will help you to survive. Mobbing belongs to the working culture, thus is allowed despite compliance claims. It is like working on a time bomb with a huge chance to explode in every second. It is a matter of time.

This company will break you. The other technicians you will meet are hard workers. Management is the opposite, they will post reviews trying to give this place as many stars as they can to try and hire many people as possible. The nickname for this place is called the "revolving door"

Cons

management cannot be trusted. They will make you or coerce you to do things you do not want to and they will keep bugging you about it until you give up. To management you are a number here not an asset.
