      Employee with 30year of exprience working in the company and create problem for new employees. Play politics and make it difficult for new employees to perform. If any new employee is good at his work, these old employee use their network of people within the company make it difficult for the new join to work. Employees are scared of these networks. Company will do great to itself by getting rid of the oldies performance of the company will go up significantly HR is helpless with these network, they are and fear these network
