Mercer India provides really a healthy environment to all employees with cab and meal facilities over and above salary. Also they provide Medical insurance, Group Personal Life insurance as well as Group Personal Accident Insurance free of cost. In IT department, most of the projects are internal i.e., developed by Mercer for it's clients, while IT-Consuting guys gets chance to work on latest technology, IT-Outsourcing guys are busy doing enhancement and maintenance work.

Cons

Cab : People in Transport department are either too illiterate or too thrift, cab must be houseful if a pickup is cancelled and they happen to know about it anyhow. US Based Process : They tend to hire people from call centers with less etiquette and ill mannered, you will come to know if you happen to board a cab with them [Requesting driver to let him smoke in mid way].
