Well-known name in the industry which makes business development easier. Respectful, fun, smart colleagues. Great clients and great projects.

Cons

Your mileage may vary depending on which office and Managing Partner you are tied to. Pay seemed to be lower among the women, but I think they were making inroads to that problem. Sales credit didn't always seem to be fairly applied. Work-life balance was a struggle.
