Most people mind their own business. - Alot of uncertainty

If you're into HR practice this is the right place for you to equip with HR practice and good connection with top HR executive in both local and regional level. I can say that this is good exposure with top C-level executives in various industries.

Cons

If you are looking for more general management projects this is not the right place for you as the company only focus on people-related projects like org. design, reward strategy, and engagement. The company just passed the big wave of resignation many expertise lost because of key leader left the company
