There's work life balance if you want (slower promotion), but you can also work hard for a faster promotion from Analyst to Senior Analyst. 2 days of work from home. Friendly internationally diverse team that mostly speaks English.

Cons

Pay is equivalent to fresh grad audit, but without the same stable promotion and salary increment. Slow promotion: 2-3 years to promote to senior analyst, and 3-5 years to promote to consultant.
