Very advanced and ambitious technology. Good direction in software management. Excellent overall atmosphere.

Cons

But they work agressively to offshore it. Developers abuse work at home. Managers too absent. Endless debates with no answers to questions.

The chance to work w. leaders in the field, reputation of company is excellent, salaries relative to other HR consulting firms, colleagues are generally decent people

Cons

Very comp and benefits focused, resulting in many lay-offs in other groups during recession, slow career progression, constant reorganization, work-life balance varies greatly

It's a great place to start a career and get some experience in the corporate world. A lot of red tape, and bad communication from the top.

Cons

Once you gain your skills it can be a pain to gain the right experience to advance your personal skills or to advance within the company. Although communication from the top is bad, the direct managers try to help anyway they can (though sometimes their hands are tied)
