Pros

Decent benefits, friendly enviornment, management is accomodating. Overall good work enviornment. Majority of calls are 401k based and the lack of education of these 401k participants is very alarming/stressfull.

Cons

non stop calls, very limited education and training. NO career advancement from call center.

- Great People/Collegial Environment - Good pay at the analyst level - Great opportunities to pursue business school or move in-house after a couple of years

Cons

- Associate (first promotion) Compensation lags competitors - Little/no support for pursuing graduate school full time or part time (i.e. MBA)
