Chicago office has some really nice clients, interesting work, and good opportunities. Also, some really talented colleagues. Great national resources.

Cons

Strong national leadership presence and uber-standardized procedures can get in the way of getting work completed nimbly and can limit creativity.

Decent hours, Free parking, Nice and clean building, Nice location, Exercise facility, nice to have lunch outside in the summer.

Cons

Training was so poor an unorganized, they flew people in to train you or trained you over the phone, Ghetto.
