Pros

Good environment, and even though everyone's busy, colleagues are still there to help out each other. Good depth and experience on the various teams to tap into for research.

Cons

With recent autumn-waves of layoffs (and not re-filling those positions) everyone is filled to the brim with work. There used to be just the "busy times" such as June and January, but now it's busy almost all the time (no downtime to recharge).
