Great colleagues. Around the world I found that Mercer colleagues are cut from the same cloth; eager to learn or to teach; focused on client needs first The work is very motivating. While there are available common tools and processes that support consulting assignments, the unique context of each client situation makes each assignment challenging. Mercer has deep resources to support consulting. Mercer's data are worldwide and global.

Cons

The tension between LOB (practice) and Geography can be distracting in emerging markets. Insights into differences in regional and local markets in emerging markets are mostly regional and local.
