Compensatoin in Kind, Diverse roles, Work Life Balance, Job Security, Great Learnings, Lot of oppurtunities to streamline processes, among others

Cons

Compensation benchmarking done for others, need to do for themselves as well. Lot of disparity between locations like travel policies. Only economy for Indian employees, even more than 9 hours air travel.

Mercer has great health benefit selections for their employees. There are many great colleagues that you work with. Mercer also is very diligent about gaining and keeping business.

Cons

Mercer can many times scale down salaries and compared to other companies, it is much to be desired. There is also a decent level of turnover within the company.
