Good colleagues, chance to work on excellent projects, fair compensation. One of the leading players in C&B and HR consulting. Global player. Good client base.

Cons

No longer number one. Did not keep up with Towers Watson and Big Four. Promoted the wrong people to senior management and partner level. Lost major clients because of the above reasons. Not strong on developing employees.
