Flexible work/life balance in some cases. There are some really smart, really helpful people that work here but they are few and far between.

Cons

The technology is in the dark ages and all management cares about is shipping as many jobs overseas as possible. The recent reorganization was poorly communicated, poorly planned and poorly executed.

Filled with very bright people with tons of passion to help clients and stay ahead of trends. Office also does a lot to build engagement and have fun where we can.

Cons

Runs very lean, and very bottom line, financial driven.
