The company has great benefits, such as health, vacation, FMLA

Cons

They don't like paying the loyal employee. The location of the office is not a good location and it cost more to get to work. No reimbursement to toll road. Management is not friendly at all. When I was hired we had a family oriented setting, now it no life here.

You can experience a lof of different types of projects at Mercer. If you are project manager, you can control the project timeline and are able to keep work-life balance.

Cons

There is almost no trainining. Salary is not really good. Depending on the project and project manager, you have to work long hours.
