      - Amazing, smart, creative, fun people - Fun and collaborative work atmosphere - Lots of project diversity; work on multiple projects concurrently to get exposure to a broad array of work - Competitive pay and great benefits including a generous pension; comp is not market-leading, but the whole rewards package when combined with the work-life balance is unheard of for consulting - Great individualized training (organized training and on-the-job)
