Pros

The only good points I could find was the cab facility and the fact that there were a few good innovative people. That number is dwindling slowly

Cons

The office culture is highly demotivating and un-innovative. The HR is usually from a non-technical background so it's extremely frustrating to have to deal with them. There's lots of politics, flimsy management and overly strict HR. Do not work here!!

Pros

Work environment is mostly relaxed. Benefits packages are outstanding. A lot of internal training which is excellent IF you intend on staying with the company.

Cons

Most individuals are cordial but not a family type of atmosphere. Technology leaves a lot to be desired. Advancement not as good as it was in the past. Now a lot of politics involved to get ahead. PFS and MFS are more for show than anything else. Always an excuse for lower bonus incentive payouts.

Good team-work among employees, most everyone takes pride in their work. Flexible work hours, casual dress. Great local employee 'care' group plans lunch-time events to add fun to the workplace.

Cons

Not much advancement potential unless you're willing to relocate. Compensation is low at this location. Typical large corporation red tape.
