Pros

Company is good, everything is fine.

Cons

Less growth opportunities. Managers are inefficient. They know nothing about human behavior and people management and are more like people who manage cattle. They hardly appreciate you for your hard work. Cab drivers are rude and transport department does not listen your complaint at all. HR is not at all interested in listening to you. In case you make any complaint, no body will listen to you. On the contrary, they will talk to your manager and seniors and you'll be punished or indirectly harassed. No flexibility or freedom- It's like working in a small workshop. Nothing like an MNC. You can't listen songs, you have a dress code to follow and seniors will come and start rebuking you on the floor and you can't even make complaint against them because no body is going to listen.

Pros

Some good coworkers, a good way to learn, great for students fresh out of college to make over $40,000 and gain experience, company activities.

Cons

You’re expected to teach yourself, no raises, medical insurance could be cheaper for such a large company, systems are outdated, some coworkers are not helpful and plain rude, some coworkers log off the phones leaving the calls to the others (or you if it’s only two of you on the team), if you’re good at what you do they will pile the work on you rather than attempt to teach other team members, not always enough staff (or too much work for team leader) which makes the work get behind and in turn makes for more calls of people complaining about receiving their benefits paperwork or checks.
