      Great go to market mindset with very poor leadership at regional level

      Pros

      Great growth mindset and go to market infrastructure, colleagues and peers are great, decentralization through simplicity, agility and empowerment brings better result in speed and cut down bureuacracy

      Cons

      Ineffective leaders at regional level who are clueless. High performing consultants left simply because of these leaders.
