-Employee perks are some of the better in NZ. Wellbeing leave, study, volunteer etc -supportive manager and you can voice your opinions without feeling like you will loose your job standing up for what is right -good work life balance

Cons

-Low pay (bonus and salary) -Mind numbing work/less intellectual environment -average systems -political. Really obvious which team gets all the resourcing and within the team, who the favorites are -hiring dead weight to appease a quota
