      Office in midtown, flexible work location.

      Cons

      Understaffed and stressed colleagues, made worse by hiring freezes. They focus on sales with zero rewards for selling for most colleagues and little training and support. There is no culture to speak of with most colleagues working remote, rarely traveling in to the office. Lots of resignations lately due to lean client teams and demanding clients. The firm seems to be fixated on offshoring and automation, causing the degradation of colleague morale. Poor outlook

      Remote/hybrid work. Investment in AI has helped ease some menial tasks

      Like a lot of big firms, everyone is constantly asked to do more with less. Do you like acquiring a new business with no extra resources to deal with the increase in your work? Do you like being told most of the year that we are close to or on target for our sales goals but then at comp time being told we didn’t do THAT well so merit increases average 1%? This is the place for you. Some pockets of smart people but mostly holdovers from acquisitions who do not care about self improvement, efficiency, or moving themselves or teams forward.
