Great study policy, pay rises for exams, social and open culture welcome to ask to get involved in any particular work. Good mentoring opportunities

Cons

Low pay for the industry / role. A lot of work politics, gossip gets out very quick. Business has to do well to get promoted which is incentivising people to leave
