Pros

Good private healthcare benefits. They pay for training and qualifications.

Cons

High pressure work environment within pension admin. Not commensurate with salary level. I've known numerous colleagues across all career levels take time off for stress. Pensions admin is technically demanding, however salaries do not reflect this.

The ability to make an impact on a number of societal issues.

Cons

Very "white," especially in leadership positions. Also, it's essentially a people-asset business, so when needed, layoffs can come in bunches and affect random folks. Strange for a company that preaches re-skilling/upskilling.
