      OK company to start a career but lousy pay. Executives and business leaders don't know their ass from their elbow.

      Pros

      Mercer is a great company to start a career at but the pay is very poor.

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't know its ass from its elbow when it comes to developing and retaining talented up-and-coming business leaders. Senior business leaders make knee-jerk reactions, especially with the recent economic climate regarding layoffs and benefit cuts. Most executives come from competitors and make important decisions as if its the same company they came from, they definitely do not understand the infrastructure of the business.
