It's really a very decent organisation for freshers n experienced too. Mercer care for their employees.

Mercer care for their employees. Facilities are the most attractive reason to work here. Gym.Food.Cab.etc.last but not the least the working environment is the most positive reason to love this organisation.

Cons

I did not find any such reason to think of leaving the organisation except the package at certain point of time.
