Pros

Have not heard about firing in India, so Job security is there. Some of the managers are really good and supportive (both in India and US). You may get good work depending upon your team. Salary on Time always Free cab and food, Internet reimbursement.

Cons

It was great in 2019 , 2020 went good as well, In 2020 they merged as MMC technology so now workload is more, I have to work for Marsh and Mercer as well. So more work for a single resource. Work Life balance used to be good, now it is not so good due to more work load. Technology adoption is very slow, since this is not a tech company Some times you wont get hands on everything example AWS cloud, Kubernetes etc , these things remains with MGTI team and never given to other groups. High attrition rate these days. Though it is not service based company, sometimes you will feel like service based company pressure and workload and some micromanagement from work managers. You will get bored here after working for 1 year, since there will not be more interesting work but only the quantity of work will be increased. More process related work than actual technical work. No Onsite opportunities You will lose your knowledge as per market standard if you stay here longer and will not be able to crack interviews, so keep on brushing your skills and be market ready always.
