- Very politically driven with leaders that talk at employees opposed to really identifying with them and their challenges
- Processes are either lacking or ever changing during mid stream with client projects (huge risks)
- Large company with a small leadership mentality. Based on the global reach of this company you would think they were more developed from an employee sustainability/talent growth and crisis management
- Little appreciation from leadership with employee life events which is due to unrealistic work loads that require constant management
