      Pros

      Freedom to innovate, excellent work environment, great collegues, working for the biggest company of germany. Excellent place for career development. Can relocate almost everywhere in Europe. Pay is in Euros. Excellent social security and health insurance system. Best economy in Europe. Excellent company culture and traditionm. Employers value your effort and dedication.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up in the company, Germans tend to stay very long on the same job position. Different society and culture than the american way, it is difficult to get used to it. Germans behave very different from americans. You must pay almost 45% of income in taxes.

      Pros

      The ability to work with cool automotive technology has to be one of the perks of working for DaimlerChrysler RTNA. The people there are bright and good at working together on projects. There's always a new idea to implement and the management is helpful in introducing employees to ideas that can be potentially groundbreaking on a new project. The tools available are excellent and the work environment is friendly. Free snacks and drinks were provided to all and employees enjoy a very casual work environment where socializing with others is easy and convenient. All in all, a great place to intern or to start.

      I think that it have three reasons you should work in Daimler.First Daimler has a relative high salary comparing to other automobile company in China because it has good margin of its delux vehicle. Moreover, working in Daimler is stable because Daimler is an European company which was similar to China state owned corporation, in whicn you will be provieded satisfied benifits. Finally, high-speed growth rate of sale guaratee your career development.
