      Pros

      Only can say a pros is they buy expensive desk, chair and personal laptop, free coffee.

      Cons

      Inherit Japance bureaucratic way to do things, hard to communicate. No empolyee benifit. If you used to work in a really western foreign company, don't come here.

      Strong Brand. Good financial backgroud to fund (innovative) projects. Secure job. Chance to work at home. Possibilities to work in different business units or abroad.

      Cons

      EBIT driven. Complex and insufficient corporate processes and policies. Conservative Leadership. Decision making by hierarchy. Conservative mindset. Difficulties to hire new tech talents. Weak career development process. Career path widely dependent on seniority than on skills. Weak failure culture. Too much discussions and wasting time und huge meetings (or what they call now "workshops"). Lack of patience for new methods, processes or projects.
