Pros

Fly you on Business Class when one-way flight time is more then 6 hours.

Cons

Too much political, Managers (E5 & E4) are much more than people who are working on ground (E6 and below). Most of works assigned to external contractors. Sick culture.

-Well-known company in market-leading position. -Locations throughout the world.

Cons

-Swabian-dominated regardless of what HR materials claim. International employees are often at a disadvantage. -Few people are offered a roadmap on how they can progress throughout their career. -Mercedes unit profit margins are no longer the same as they were in the past and products are relying more on gimmicky technology which is not sustainable.
