Bad management Bad customer service

The team were too busy to provide me with feedback and help with my development. Once the trial ended and they no longer needed me, the GC called me on teams (after being in the office all day) without any warning, and told me I was no longer needed. Further, HR wasn’t across this ‘process’ and had no idea what was happening. The team repeatedly made inappropriate comments and jokes about me not eating enough/what I chose to eat. The team made ‘jokes’ that they need to re-think the hiring process to make sure the candidate eats meat and junk food like them. At the Oktoberfest event, the GC threw a piece of lettuce on my plate and made a said, ‘don’t eat it all at once’. This is disgraceful behaviour from a manger. I am so disappointed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz.
