      Nice employees, great benefits/perks, good work/life balance

      Cons

      too many last minute requests and important meetings announced so last minute, no direction from management, management uses personal credit card vs company card for business transactions (not a firm policy to abide by), short staffed, no room for growth in career advancement

      Pros

      It is a great company to work for. The product is amazing and customers and partners love it which makes your job all the more rewarding! It is also a place where you are encouraged to bring ideas to the table. Leadership is approachable and there are lots of activities to encourage collaboration and employees well being.

      Cons

      The expectations around growth are not always realistic. Meraki is great and it keeps growing but expecting the same growth % on different territories and with different resources is not realistic.
