      Open Floor with Google like work environment dog friendly lots of snacks, drinks, lunches three times a week regular fun events amazing products that customers love Management on the floor is very interactive and approachable parking is free wireless headsets so we can walk around

      growing fast and some processes need updating parking is really really hard to find after 7:30 sales floor gets pretty loud

      Very smart people, fast paced, startup mentality, growing very quickly, making and selling the best product in the industry

      Cons

      It's a small company, growing quickly. This means that systems quickly break and need to be replaced nearly as often as their put in place.

      Meraki is a rapidly growing company, both in employees and revenue. There are not many networking companies that are growing this quickly and have such a wide customer base.

      Cons

      Meraki is growing very quickly, and thus it is likely that positions and roles change over time. If you are not comfortable with that, then Meraki is probably not the right place for you.
