      Very transparent about the status of the company Clear goals for the future Industry leaders in cloud managed networking gear Good work/life balance Incredibly smart people Growing like a weed Good perks like breakfast/lunch/dinner Location in the Mission district in San Francisco (lots of restaurants and bars)

      No 401k match coming anytime soon No parking lot available

      Pros

      Open Floor with Google like work environment dog friendly lots of snacks, drinks, lunches three times a week regular fun events amazing products that customers love Management on the floor is very interactive and approachable parking is free wireless headsets so we can walk around

      Cons

      growing fast and some processes need updating parking is really really hard to find after 7:30 sales floor gets pretty loud

      Pros

      Free food, in the city, some smart people, lots of alcohol and parties but sometimes even that is not enough to retain quality people.

      Cons

      People like to believe that they are cooler than they really are. Silly superficial "hipster" crowd. Wannabe google type of environment and crowd but really just a cheap imitation. Product is ok but they can't compete from a real world technology perspective. Just another "flash in the pan" in a market destined to be dominated by other players.
