      Pros

      - great culture - fun place to work - the people are all amazing - the product is cutting edge and innovative - have competition at arm's length - cisco acquisition has opened many doors for Meraki to explode onto the scene - even without an engineering background, Meraki is easy to understand and demo

      Cons

      - quota is the same for everyone (does not matter what territory you have) - the west team works a lot less than the east team --- east works 6am-3pm --- west works about 8am-330/4pm

      World Class Cloud Based Solutions, great culture, competitive compensation packages and excellent culture. Cisco Meraki is the dream job I have been working towards for 15 years and it's finally here.
