Great management, benefits and time off; and the people are amazing!

Cons

Low pay, difficult to expand within Cisco’s roles I.e grade-level. Now that Meraki has integrated with Cisco, the camaraderie has disintegrated now that everyone is trying to find an open and available position that aligns with their current grade level. These grade levels also prevent from higher payment increases after talent assessments so if you’ve given 110% throughout the quarter, you’ll still be given a 3-4% increase. And budget is low.
