      - Great team of people looking to achieve big things! - Supportive management, weekly 1:1s to continually work on growth - Strong brand, mission, and vision that is motivating to contribute to - Good compensation and benefits for start up environment - Fun social events!

      - Mejuri will take all your money because all of the products are so amazing!! - Need to work to get out of silos and work better cross functionally
