      Pros

      Mejuri is, by far, the fastest-growing company I have ever worked for. It's truly exciting to be working for a company that pushes me out of my comfort zone and challenges me to learn new things on an ongoing basis. This also means that there is a lot of opportunity for growth - something that they voice regularly. Roles are ultra collaborative across departments and functions, which is another great learning opportunity. As for people, the team is filled with some of the brightest, kindest, most hilarious and hardest-working people I have ever met.

      Cons

      Fast growth means that processes are ever-evolving. This isn't really a con, but it does require you step up, ask questions and iterate with great efficiency.

      nothing , I only stayed there for a month and that was really dragging it. Would like to point out that all the “good” reviews on here were written by corporate if you couldn’t tell through the fake ness

      Cons

      No incentives They change monthly goals literally throughout the day....no bonus Management WILL steal your ideas and claim them as their own when it comes to marketing, or fun social events They’re not very woman empowering when they treat their women employees like trash Discount is very minimal too there’s literally no incentive to keep growing in that job. Very unprofessional sometimes too. People forget it’s a work environment and will treat you like you’re a sales vendor.

      Pros

      I can say with confidence that this is the best work culture I have ever experienced. The office is a beautiful loft style building filled with some incredibly talented and creative people. Leadership is committed to delivering quality results and they really value the opinions of their teams/empower them to reach for the stars. Lots of fun office events too! Overall a really driven and motivating place to work (not to mention the amazing product).

      Cons

      The business is growing rapidly, so you must be dedicated/not afraid to get your hands dirty.
