Pros

What attracted me to Mejuri was its reputation as an innovative company that is global, where I could try new things that really motivated me, and it hasn't disappointed. Mejuri is a great place to grow your career among supportive and driven peers. Leadership has a really strong set of values that support learning, growth and overall a really productive and fun work culture where it feels like you're genuinely cared for as a person! Every person I've worked with is really smart and gives it their all. Truth be told, the one worry I had before joining was that people here might be hard to get to know since the brand is so cool, and I had never worked in fashion before, but this was debunked within my very first week; everyone was incredibly welcoming and warm to new people, and I had no problem sitting down with strangers in the lunchroom and making a new friend out of it. People accept you as you are, and if you have any passions at all, you'll find someone who finds that really interesting as people are generally pretty bright, well informed, and interested in learning something new. Orientation was thorough, and I was even introduced to every person sitting in the office one by one! The office setup (pre COVID) was also great, as are the perks (such as a jewelry discount)! I see the effort that has gone into making this a great place to work and it has not gone unnoticed.

Cons

Open concept office is not for everyone, and neither is a start-up (even though it's not technically a start-up anymore). There's always a lot to do, but I find these have been really great learning opportunities that I've been excited to tackle and I think anyone joining Mejuri will need that mindset going into it. You'll have to work smart and have the ability to pivot quickly. It's completely worth it fo me, because what I get in return is the opportunity to work for a highly innovative company with smart people and the chance to create something new and great, which I personally find really motivating.

Pros

Highly collaborative, female-driven creative team with talent and drive. Wonderful atmosphere and corporate culture. Greatly value their team-understand the balance of work and life. Room for growth and movement. Transparency from upper management.

Cons

Still growing-working out internal processes. On-boarding process has some training gaps. Roles are sometimes vague.

Pros

The company is at a very sweet spot right now where it's small enough that your voice is heard and you can affect change. We're constantly trying to innovate and better ourselves, so it's an incredibly dynamic environment to work in.

Cons

Because of the ever-changing environment, sometimes it's hard to give work flows a process, and it leads to always playing catch up. Also, the company is very growth focused so sometimes it seems like we're already on to the next challenge before celebrating our current wins.
