Pros

There is a Decent employee discount.

Cons

Incredibly unrealistic expectations with achieving sales targets along with operational, admin and visual responsibilities. Leadership had little interest in acknowledging the realities of inventory constraints with rapidly opening new stores and how that affects sales. Existing stores responsible for filling online orders with their inventory along with sending top styles out to support NSOs. Upper management is not open with their feedback but rather shares it behind your back and has someone else give you the feedback. Processes, platforms and modes of communication were constantly changing and caused a ton of missed comms from corporate and upper field leadership. You will be micromanaged.

Pros

– Clean, hygienic, and aesthetically maintained store environment. – Diverse team with colleagues from different backgrounds, which creates a culturally rich atmosphere.

Cons

– Staff environment is heavily affected by gossiping, cliques, and internal divisions. – Current management shows clear favouritism, making time-off and holiday approvals inconsistent and unfair. – Despite having no commission, staff are pressured to hit high sales targets, creating a stressful and demoralising atmosphere when targets aren’t met. – Limited career progression; higher roles are mostly filled internally and often feel inaccessible. – Overall, the mental and emotional toll of the workplace builds over time, making it unsuitable for long-term growth.
