For example, coverage of ₹7 lakh for employee and spouse and ₹5 lakh for parents costs approximately ₹1.2 lakh annually. Additionally, employees are locked into their selected plan for two years, limiting flexibility to adjust coverage based on changing needs. Compensation is below market expectations for comparable roles and experience levels. There is also significant room for improvement in HR processes and employee support, as HR management often lacks responsiveness and transparency.
