      ESPP, control of your schedule to an extent.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is continuously turned over, with each new addition things get worse. In an effort to impress investors they have cut many people and resources and piled more work onto those who have stayed all while significantly cutting the sales incentive plan. Constant stress in regards to hitting your unachievable AOP. Another poor product launch has caught leadership with their pants down. Supply and shipping constraints. I can go on and on. Just keep looking you can find better pay with less stress just about anywhere else.

      Medtronic products make people’s lives better.

      Cons

      The CEO, Geoff Martha, is struggling. Executive leadership is mostly made up of yes men and good old boys. Medtronic is struggling because of a restructure during Covid (who does that?) and a lack of capable leadership.
