Great team to be a part of. Mission is actually a goal for employees, and something you can be proud of . Nice to work for the leader in the industry, and generally a great all around employer that is concerned about your total health and success.

Cons

Big companies always have management reporting structure issues. Much work is being done by multiple groups at the same time, with limited visibility across the organization.

As a stepping stone to open doors for other opportunities with other companies within the medical device industry. The company has a "young" energy to it, and a top notch office, with plenty of brainstorming space.

Cons

Confused quality, regulatory, operations system and management. Lack of decision making by upper management. Poor focus on driving projects to launch. As a result of several product development departures over the last two years, the experience level of the engineers working on products has greatly declined.
