Cons

WLB was rough. Had to work weekends because my boss very strongly encouraged me to, but never outright told me to. This was one of the main reasons I left, I was burned out in a really short amount of time.

- good wage - colleagues kind and helpful - training was very detailed - good benefits - nice break area

Cons

- doesn't appear to be that much room for growth - high-pressure environment - intense expectations for quotas - when I was there it was clear the team lead knew much less than the other workers who were there longer
