1. Too much politics between seniors. 2. Controlling behavior of seniors. 3. Too less pay in contrast to the work done. 4. Growth takes ages. 5. Non Co-operative seniors 6. No recognition of work or efforts. Seniors take all the credit. 7. Seniors are childish and will abuse you. 8. Finance and Non technical staff steal salary and settlement money.
