A very poor company with worst "Actual" job profile.
Pros
I can hardly think of any Pros for this company.It's like I am working in hell dealing with Zombies. yup one is there.It is PSU with no job security.
Cons
1.You will be posted to project site with unspecified time period. 2.Some major facilities (A.C, fully furnished room etc.) you will never enjoy which you are entitled to according to company's establishment rule book at project site. 3.You always have to be present on site whether there is work or not. 4.Everyone tries to shift their work to other and as you are the junior most, will bear major part of burden(A very few exception are there) 5.From the very first day of posting you will be treated as a regular employee(no concept of training). 6.No site allowance,a huge monetary loss. 7.Exploit you on the name of management trainee. 8.You will execute non technical work also like making presentation for your boss, xeroxing, work as a delivery boy ect. You have to be all rounder. 9.Your boss keep you in office upto 7 O'clock or above despite of any work. 10.The compensation they promised during campus placement have no match.Feeling cheated coz many have chosen this one over a good company. 11.The dissatisfaction level among the employees are very high. 12.Your work never be appreciated. 13.A very bad work culture only sycophant can survive here. 14.Do not go by the compensation they offer during placement.Actual is half what offered. 15.They can make any rule any time for management trainees.
