1) Early exposure to big projects 2) Decent pay considering the Industry 3) Very good learning opportunity available to those who want to take it. There's always an option of remain in hibernation in the firm but then it's harming oneself.

Cons

1) Work culture a bit too casual. 2) Non-competitive 3) Lack of updated knowledge as per current industry trends. (something all govt companies lack / fail to implement because of the system itself. Can't really blame the organization)
