-culty work culture -upper management are micro managers and focused on kpis and increasing targets ect very money focused -gratis products and education went downhill as more money was put into expanding stores (Bourke street store) -when our store closed was given upon to preference store to move to, i was not given any the top preferences of three stores close to my house. instead was sent to another store 1.5 hours travel away or had the choice to resign to which i did. - not alot of areas to move up - minimum pay for overnight hours and the work that goes into a pace paced store -told the higher up company cares for you they don't they care about money and will dispense you when needed :) beware

If you are casual mid year you will be lucky to get one three hour shift per week, Consistent change of management has made it hard for stability and lack of ability to grow unless you play politics with the company. There has also been an influx in customer aggression which has made the environment not comfortable.
